EFT, known as the Emotional Freedom Technique, is an excellent emotional regulation and stress management tool for kids.  It involves tapping on specific points in the body.  By tapping on these points stress and energy blocks are released and energy begins to flow smoothly again.  It’s an excellent way to balance emotions and to stimulate a sense of calm within the mind and body.  But, don’t just take my word for it, try it out and see how it feels.    Not only is it fun to do, but it feels good too!  h
